The Service Provider retains the right to disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

- With trusted service partners operating on their behalf who maintain no independent right to use the shared details and have committed to strict adherence to these terms.
Opt-Out Rights
You can instantly halt all further data collection from your device by uninstalling the mobile game. Removing the app stops ongoing data gathering, but it does not automatically erase records previously transmitted to the Service Provider or external partners. Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider stores personal information only for the duration necessary to satisfy the stated operational purposes:
- User Provided Data: Retained throughout your active use of the mobile game plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer storage is required by law
- Automatically Collected Data: Stored for up to 24 months from collection, unless extended retention is legally mandatory
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Kept indefinitely since it can no longer be used to identify you

This mobile game is not designed for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age threshold as prescribed by regional laws. The Service Provider does not knowingly gather data from children or market game content to them.
Where parental or guardian authorization is required under applicable law, the game is not intended for use without such consent. The Service Provider never intentionally collects personal identification details from children under 13 in breach of statutory limits. Should the Service Provider discover that a child has shared personal information, that data will be immediately erased from all servers.
